Directions

1. Peel and mash banana. Cut butter into pieces. Chop pecan.
2. Pre-heat oven to 175?C.
3. In a bowl, cream butter with sugar.
4. Add baking powder, baking soda, milk, all purpose flour, banana and egg.
5. Mix everything until it comes together.
6. Fold in chocolate chips and pecan.
7. Put dough into a loaf pan.
8. Bake loaf for 70 minutes.
