Directions

1. Peel and mash banana. Chop mixed nuts. Melt butter.
2. Pre-heat oven to 175?C.
3. In a bowl, combine salt, whole wheat flour, stevia and baking soda.
4. In another bowl, stir milk, egg, vanilla extract, banana and butter.
5. Pour liquids over flour mixture.
6. Mix everything until it comes together.
7. Fold in mixed nuts.
8. Put dough into a loaf pan.
9. Bake loaf for 60 minutes.
