Directions

1. Cook and puree pumpkin.
2. Pre-heat oven to 175?C.
3. In a bowl, combine baking soda, nutmeg, salt, sugar, all purpose flour and ground cinnamon.
4. In another bowl, stir egg, applesauce and pumpkin.
5. Pour liquids over flour mixture.
6. Mix everything until it comes together.
7. Fold in chocolate chips.
8. Put dough into a loaf pan.
9. Bake loaf for 60 minutes.
