Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 175?C.
2. In a bowl, combine baking powder, corn flour, whole wheat flour and salt.
3. In another bowl, stir maple syrup, canola oil and soy milk.
4. Pour liquids over flour mixture.
5. Mix everything until it comes together.
6. Put dough into a loaf pan.
7. Bake loaf for 35 minutes.
