Directions

1. Slightly beat egg. Chop, stem, seed, cook and puree pumpkin.
2. Pre-heat oven to 175?C.
3. In a bowl, combine ground cinnamon, salt, sugar, all purpose flour, ground nutmeg, baking soda and ground clove.
4. In another bowl, stir egg, vegetable oil and pumpkin.
5. Pour liquids over flour mixture.
6. Mix everything until it comes together.
7. Put dough into a loaf pan.
8. Bake loaf for 60 minutes.
