Directions

1. Shred yellow squash.
2. Pre-heat oven to 175?C.
3. In a bowl, combine yellow squash, baking soda, salt, all purpose flour, sugar, ground cinnamon and baking powder.
4. In another bowl, stir vanilla extract, vegetable oil and egg.
5. Pour liquids over flour mixture.
6. Mix everything until it comes together.
7. Put dough into a loaf pan.
8. Bake loaf for 50 minutes.
