1. Chop pecan.
2. Pre-heat oven to 220?C.
3. In a bowl, combine salt, pecan, all purpose flour, baking powder and candied cherry.
4. Cut in eggnog until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
5. Pour frozen butter over flour mixture.
6. Mix everything until it comes together.
7. Add more flour if dough seems too sticky.
8. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking tray.
