Directions

1. Cut butter into small pieces. Hull and dice strawberries.
2. Pre-heat oven to 220?C.
3. In a bowl, combine baking powder, all purpose flour, brown sugar, orange zest and salt.
4. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
5. Pour milk over flour mixture.
6. Mix everything until it comes together.
7. Fold in strawberries.
8. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking tray.
