Directions

1. Peel and cut carrot into long slices. Chop cabbage and fresh spinach. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice. Peel and chop ginger root. Core and chop apple.
2. In a juicer, add apple, carrot, lemon, cabbage and fresh spinach.
3. Process everything to obtain juice.
4. Mix ginger root with juice.
5. Pour juice into glasses.
