Directions

1. Peel and cut carrot into long slices. Chop celery. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice. Peel and chop ginger root and turmeric root. Core and chop pear and apple.
2. In a juicer, add celery, carrot, lemon, pear, turmeric root and apple.
3. Process everything to obtain juice.
4. Mix ginger root with juice.
