Directions

1. Peel and cut beet root and carrot into long slices. Rinse, peel and cut beet greens into quarters. Coarsely chop kale.
2. In a juicer, add beet root, beet greens, carrot and kale.
3. Process everything to obtain juice.
4. Pour juice into glasses.
