Directions

1. Dice onion, celery and meat. Chop fresh okra. Crush raw garlic. Cut baby carrot in half.
2. In a crockpot, cook onion, barley, celery, dried parsley, chicken bouillon cube, fresh okra, baby carrot, raw garlic and meat in chicken stock and soy sauce over medium heat for 8 hours.
3. Ladle soup into a glass bowl.
