Directions

1. Chop fresh parsley. Beat egg. Peel and mince onion. Peel and crush raw garlic.
2. Pre-heat oven to 204?C.
3. In a sauce pot, saute onion in butter over medium heat until is cooked.
4. In a bowl, add salt, raw garlic, fresh parsley, tomato chili sauce, bread crumbs, egg, ground veal, hot pepper sauce and sauteed ingredients.
5. With your hands, mix everything until combined.
6. Form
7. Put meatballs on a cooking tray.
8. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.
9. In a plate, serve meatballs.
