Directions

1. Mince fresh parsley. Chop green olives. Peel and mince raw garlic. Peel and chop onion. Beat egg. Crumble feta cheese.
2. Pre-heat oven to 177?C.
3. In a bowl, add raw garlic, egg, onion, vinegar, ground lamb, seasoned salt, olive oil, fresh parsley, dried oregano, ground black pepper, green olives and feta cheese.
4. With your hands, mix everything until combined.
5. Form
6. Put meatballs on a cooking tray.
7. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.
8. In a plate, serve meatballs.
