Directions

1. Chop fresh parsley. Beat egg. Peel and mince raw garlic. Grate parmesan cheese.
2. Pre-heat oven to 177?C.
3. In a bowl, add raw garlic, fresh parsley, bread crumbs, ground black pepper, dried oregano, salt, egg, ground beef, milk and parmesan cheese.
4. With your hands, mix everything until combined.
