1. Mince fresh parsley. Crush saltine cracker. Beat egg.
2. Pre-heat oven to 177?C.
3. In a bowl, add saltine cracker, lean ground beef, fresh parsley, ketchup, soy sauce, egg, garlic powder, black peppercorns and dried onion.
4. With your hands, mix everything until combined.

6. Put meatballs on a cooking tray.
7. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.

8. In a sauce pot, add lemon juice, tomato chili sauce, brown sugar, cranberry sauce and hot pepper sauce.
9. Whisk everything until combined over medium heat.
10. Cook sauce until it boils over medium heat.
