1. Chop fresh parsley. Grate parmesan cheese.
2. In a bowl, add fresh parsley, ground black pepper, lean ground beef, ground pork, parmesan cheese, italian sausage, bread crumbs, onion salt and garlic powder.
3. With your hands, mix everything until combined.

7. In a sauce pot, add red pepper flakes, red bell pepper, tomato paste, brown sugar, water, fresh basil, mushroom, raw garlic, tomato sauce, bay leaf, dried oregano, onion, tomato and red wine.
8. Whisk everything until combined over medium heat.
