Directions

1. Mince raw garlic. Finely chop fresh parsley and fresh basil. Grate parmesan cheese.
2. Pre-heat oven to 190?C.
3. In a bowl, add milk, salt, cayenne pepper, fresh parsley, fresh basil, ground veal, egg, lean ground beef, parmesan cheese, raw garlic, black peppercorns, ground pork and bread crumbs.
4. With your hands, mix everything until combined.
5. Shape mixture into loaf.
6. Put loaf in a cooking tray.
7. Bake meatloaf for 40 minutes.
