Directions

1. Dice onion. Beat egg. Mash lentils. Grate cheddar cheese.
2. In a pot, cook lentils in water with salt.
3. In a bowl, add dried parsley, black peppercorns, dried basil, seasoned salt, cheddar cheese, rolled oats, onion, garlic powder, egg, spaghetti sauce and cooked ingredients.
4. With your hands, mix everything until combined.
5. Spread mixture into a loaf pan.
6. Cook meatloaf for 45 minutes.
