Directions

1. Mince raw garlic. Seed and chop tomato. Grate parmesan cheese. Thinly slice onion.
2. In a skillet, saute tomato, fresh spinach, onion and raw garlic in extra virgin olive oil until tender.
3. Add parmesan cheese. Stir until it is done.
4. In a pot, cook elbow pasta in water over medium heat until pasta is al dente.
5. In a bowl, mix everything until it comes together.
6. In a serving platter, put pasta.
