Directions

1. Slice raw garlic. Chop and slice bacon. Cut asparagus into pieces. Crumble feta cheese. Grate lemon.
2. In a skillet, saute raw garlic and bacon until tender.
3. Add fresh thyme, ricotta cheese, feta cheese and lemon. Stir until it is done.
4. In a pot, cook fusilli pasta and asparagus in water over medium heat until pasta is al dente.
5. In a bowl, mix everything until it comes together.
6. In a serving platter, put pasta.
