Directions

1. Chop tomato. Separate and puree raw garlic. Slice mushroom. Cut zucchini into julienne.
2. Pre-heat oven to 204?C.
3. In a casserole pan, combine cooking spray, zucchini, mushroom, tomato, lemon juice, dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, black peppercorns and raw garlic.
4. Bake mixture for 45 minutes.
5. In a pot, cook angel hair pasta in water over medium heat until pasta is al dente.
6. In a bowl, mix everything until it comes together.
7. In a serving platter, put pasta.
