Directions

1. Slice mushroom. Separate and puree raw garlic. Cut zucchini into julienne. Chop tomato.
2. Pre-heat oven to 204?C.
3. In a casserole pan, combine dijon mustard, lemon juice, zucchini, black peppercorns, mushroom, extra virgin olive oil, cooking spray, raw garlic and tomato.
4. Bake mixture for 45 minutes.
5. In a pot, cook angel hair pasta in water over medium heat until pasta is al dente.
6. In a bowl, mix everything until it comes together.
7. In a serving platter, put pasta.
