Directions

1. Mince raw garlic. Chop onion and tomato.
2. In a pot, saute rice, raw garlic and onion in olive oil.
3. Add tomato, water, black peppercorns and salt. Bring to a boil.
4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
5. Fluff rice with a fork.
