Directions

1. Cut lime in half and squeeze juice. Finely chop fresh cilantro.
2. In a pot, saute lime and basmati rice in vegetable oil.
3. Add salt and water. Bring to a boil.
4. Stir in fresh cilantro.
5. Cover and cook for 25 minutes over low heat.
6. Fluff rice with a fork.
