Directions

1. Peel and chop onion. Chop leek. Peel and shred apple. Beat egg.
2. Pre-heat oven to 200?C.
3. In a bowl, add leek, apple, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper, ground turkey and tarragon.
4. With your hands, mix everything until combined.
