Directions

1. Peel and mash banana. Chop walnuts.
2. Pre-heat oven to 175?C.
3. In a bowl, combine salt, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking soda and ground flaxseed.
4. In another bowl, stir banana, egg and vegetable oil.
5. Pour liquids over flour mixture.
6. Mix everything until it comes together.
7. Fold in walnuts.
8. Put dough into a loaf pan.
9. Bake loaf for 60 minutes.
