Directions

1. Mince raw garlic. Chop onion and tomato.
2. In a pot, saute rice, onion and raw garlic in olive oil.
3. Add black peppercorns, water, salt and tomato. Bring to a boil.
4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
5. Fluff rice with a fork.
