Directions

1. Chop onion, potato and cabbage.
2. In a pot, saute onion, potato, cabbage and ground mace in butter over medium heat until tender.
3. Add milk, chicken stock and all purpose flour. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
4. Blend until smooth with an immersion blender.

5. Shred parmesan cheese. Chop fresh parsley.

serve

6. Ladle soup into a glass bowl.
7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
8. Top with whipped cream.
