Directions

1. Peel and mash banana. Cut butter into pieces. Chop walnuts.
2. Pre-heat oven to 175?C.
3. In a bowl, cream butter with sugar.
4. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, banana, baking soda, milk and egg.
5. Mix everything until it comes together.
6. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
7. Put dough into a loaf pan.
8. Bake loaf for 70 minutes.
