Directions

1. Finely chop walnuts. Pit and chop olive.
2. Pre-heat oven to 175?C.
3. In a bowl, combine olive, salt, dried rosemary, baking powder, whole wheat flour and all purpose flour.
4. In another bowl, stir egg, olive oil and milk.
5. Pour liquids over flour mixture.
6. Mix everything until it comes together.
7. Fold in walnuts.
8. Put dough into a loaf pan.
9. Bake loaf for 45 minutes.
