Directions

1. Dice pickled jalapeno pepper. Shred cheddar cheese. Peel and dice onion.
2. Pre-heat oven to 220?C.
3. In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, pickled jalapeno pepper, onion, self rising cornmeal and sugar.
4. In another bowl, stir vegetable oil, egg, canned creamed corn and milk.
5. Pour liquids over flour mixture.
6. Mix everything until it comes together.
7. Put dough into a loaf pan.
8. Bake loaf for 30 minutes.
