Directions

1. Peel and chop onion. Chop fresh parsley. Beat egg. Peel and mash raw garlic.
2. Pre-heat oven to 177?C.
3. In a skillet, saute onion and raw garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
4. In a bowl, add ground cinnamon, turmeric, ground ginger, egg, ground lamb, cooked couscous, fresh parsley and sauteed ingredients.
5. With your hands, mix everything until combined.
6. Form

8. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.
9. In a plate, serve meatballs.
