1. Peel and chop onion. Chop fresh parsley. Beat egg. Crumble white bread.
2. Pre-heat oven to 204?C.
3. In a bowl, add fresh parsley, ground black pepper, ground lamb, ground cumin, ground paprika, onion, white bread and egg.
4. With your hands, mix everything until combined.

7. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.

8. Peel and chop onion. Chop fresh parsley and fresh cilantro. Seed and slice chili pepper. Cut lemon pickle.
9. In a saucepan, saute onion in butter over medium heat until is translucent.
10. Add lemon juice, ground turmeric, ground cumin, ground paprika, fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, chili pepper and chicken stock.
11. Whisk everything until combined over medium heat.
12. Cook sauce until it boils over medium heat.
