Directions

1. Mince raw garlic. Peel, seed and chop tomato. Chop yellow onion.
2. In a pot, saute raw garlic, tomato and yellow onion in olive oil and butter.
3. Add chicken stock, rice and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
5. Fluff rice with a fork.
