Directions

1. Chop raw garlic, onion, tomato and bell pepper. Crush cumin seed.
2. In a pot, saute rice, onion and bell pepper in vegetable oil.
3. Add raw garlic, salt, water, cumin seed and tomato. Bring to a boil.
4. Cover and cook for 25 minutes over low heat.
5. Fluff rice with a fork.
