Directions

1. Cook orzo pasta. Seed and chop cucumber. Chop red bell pepper. Snip sundried tomato.
2. In a bowl, combine orzo pasta, red bell pepper, cucumber and sundried tomato.

vinaigrette

3. Peel and mince raw garlic.
4. In a bowl, whisk ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, dried mustard, vegetable oil, dried oregano, red wine vinegar, raw garlic, salt and dried basil.
