Directions

1. Chop cabbage. Cut green bean into pieces. Dice zucchini and onion. Mince raw garlic. Slice carrot.
2. In a pot, saute carrot, raw garlic and onion in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Add vegetable stock, cabbage, salt, dried basil, tomato paste, green bean and dried oregano. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add zucchini. Stir in the last 5 minutes over medium heat.
5. Ladle soup into a glass bowl.
