Directions

1. Mince onion. Chop and cook ham and turkey. Shred cheddar cheese.
2. In a dutch oven, saute onion in butter over medium heat until tender.
3. Add hot pepper sauce, garlic salt and all purpose flour. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
4. Add ham, turkey, milk and cheddar cheese. Simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.

5. Cook and crumble bacon. Chop fresh parsley.

serve

6. Ladle soup into a glass bowl.
7. Garnish with bacon, fresh parsley and tomato.
