Directions

1. Sliver onion. Slice mushroom. Core and sliver red bell pepper.
2. In a skillet, saute mushroom, red bell pepper and onion in extra virgin olive oil until tender.
3. Add pesto sauce. Stir until it is done.
4. In a pot, cook capellini pasta in water over medium heat until pasta is al dente.
5. In a bowl, mix everything until it comes together.
6. In a serving platter, put pasta.
