Directions

salad

1. Chop sundried tomato. Cut red bell pepper and green bell pepper into julienne. Cook shell pasta.
2. In a bowl, combine red bell pepper, sundried tomato, green bell pepper and shell pasta.

vinaigrette

3. Crush raw garlic. Mince ground chili.
4. In a jar, add olive oil, sugar, ground black pepper, raw garlic, ground chili and red wine vinegar.
5. Shake everything until combined.

garnish

6. Dice green onion. Grate parmesan cheese. Torn fresh basil.

serve

7. Toss salad with vinaigrette.
8. Garnish with black olive, parmesan cheese, green onion and fresh basil.
