1. Cut green bell pepper and red bell pepper into julienne. Chop sundried tomato. Cook shell pasta.
2. In a bowl, combine green bell pepper, shell pasta, sundried tomato and red bell pepper.

vinaigrette

3. Mince ground chili. Crush raw garlic.
4. In a jar, add ground chili, raw garlic, sugar, red wine vinegar, ground black pepper and olive oil.
5. Shake everything until combined.

garnish

6. Dice green onion. Torn fresh basil. Grate parmesan cheese.

serve

7. Toss salad with vinaigrette.
8. Garnish with parmesan cheese, black olive, fresh basil and green onion.
