Directions

1. Cut green bell pepper and red bell pepper into julienne. Cook shell pasta. Chop sundried tomato.
2. In a bowl, combine green bell pepper, shell pasta, sundried tomato and red bell pepper.

vinaigrette

3. Crush raw garlic. Mince ground chili.
4. In a jar, add ground chili, raw garlic, sugar, red wine vinegar, ground black pepper and olive oil.
5. Shake everything until combined.

garnish

6. Torn fresh basil. Grate parmesan cheese. Dice green onion.

serve

7. Toss salad with vinaigrette.
8. Garnish with parmesan cheese, black olive, fresh basil and green onion.
