1. Chop green bell pepper. Seed and chop roma tomato. Cook pasta. Pit olive. Peel and slice onion.
2. In a bowl, combine pasta, olive, onion, roma tomato and green bell pepper.

vinaigrette

3. Mince marjoram and fresh basil.
4. In a bowl, whisk dijon mustard, marjoram, vinegar, salt, black peppercorns, olive oil, honey and fresh basil.
